The Fund aims to deliver core plus returns to institutional investors by implementing an impact investment strategy across the Netherlands. The portfolio will offer high quality, affordable housing to both Dutch and international students, managed by a property manager with a proven track record and under one recognisable brand. The portfolio will be diversified across the country, focusing on the 18 cities with higher education institutions and a student population of at least 10,000. At Pre-launch stage.
